Most of our convertible top installations are completed within one day. If your vehicle is considered a classic, the installation process takes longer. Classic vehicles typically need more parts and/ or repairs.
The convertible top MUST stay closed for 1-2 weeks AND in the sun. This is very important because your new top is very tight and needs the sun/ heat to relax the new material.
No, the headliner is not included with convertible tops. However, we can replace the headliner at the same time as your convertible top. If you choose this option, just ask us for an estimate along with the convertible top estimate.
In certain situations, we can re-seal the back window to the convertible top material. This is a case-by-case basis. Some factors include if there has been a failed attempt already made (previously glued), how much of the window is still attached to the top and if the convertible top material has shrunk too much. If your vehicle is a candidate, the process takes the ENTIRE day. We don't offer a guarantee for this service. However, we don't do these repairs if we don't think it will work.

NO! Please don't. There are 2 types of car washes, and both will damage the convertible top material. The "touchless car wash" use high pressured jets and will leave swirl patterns on the material. Both, the "touchless car wash" and "brushed car wash" will break down the material over time and cause water leaks into the interior of your car.

Usually, the issue is a common issue for that type of vehicle or it's something we have seen before. Every now and then it's something that needs a deeper diagnosing, that's when we will ask if you would like to make an appointment to drop your car off with us. But the initial look is still free.
Yes, we do. We can give you an estimate for labor only.
Some things to keep in mind when buying your own top:
*The saying "you get what you pay for" is true. Currently on the market are some convertible tops made by cheaper companies. They generally don't fit correctly. Some have been too small to actually fit the vehicle. Please, buy from a reputable company.
*If you purchase your own top and there's an issue. You are responsible for the warranty process with the company you purchased it from. This includes getting reimbursed for the labor cost for the second top to be replaced. Most companies will reimburse a minimal amount for labor, if at all.
